About the Role

You will manage the digital presence of multiple ETICUL clients across platforms, run performance campaigns, track what is actually working, and use that data to make smarter decisions the following week. You will work within a structured MCO system that gives you strategic context most digital marketers never get. And you will be expected to bring ideas to the table — not just execute what you are told.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media strategy and content calendars for multiple MCO clients across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Create, schedule and publish content — working closely with the design and content teams to ensure visual and copy alignment
  • Run and optimise paid digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta — from brief to live to performance report
  • Track, analyse and report on digital performance weekly via the ETICUL KPI dashboard — not just vanity metrics
  • Conduct ongoing competitor monitoring and surface insights that inform content strategy
  • Manage SEO fundamentals: keyword tracking, on-page optimisation, content gap identification
  • Handle email marketing campaigns — from list management to campaign design to performance review
  • Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities relevant to each client's sector and audience

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — agency, startup or in-house B2B environment
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta with real budget accountability
  • Strong understanding of analytics: Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page basics, content strategy for search — not just theory
  • Content strategy sensibility — you understand the difference between content that performs and content that fills a calendar
  • Clear, concise written communication — you will write captions, briefs and reports that other people depend on

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2B, IT services, FoodTech or regulated sector marketing
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator or social listening tools (Brandwatch, Mention, Sprout Social)
  • Basic graphic design capability — Canva or Figma for quick edits and social asset creation
  • Marketing automation experience — HubSpot, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
  • Video content production for social — Reels, shorts, LinkedIn video formats
