About the Role

You will own the visual identity of multiple client brands simultaneously, operating at the intersection of brand strategy and creative execution. This is not a "make it look nice" role. You will set brand direction, design systems that scale, build web experiences that convert, and produce creative across every format — from pitch decks to campaign visuals to client-facing dashboards. You will work closely with strategists and account leads, and your output will go directly to boardrooms and brand decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead visual identity and brand governance across multiple MCO client engagements
  • Design all creative output: social media content, campaign assets, pitch decks, reports, one-pagers, print and digital collateral
  • Build and manage client websites — from design in Figma to deployment on WordPress, Webflow or equivalent
  • Create and maintain brand style guides for each client, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Translate strategic briefs into original visual concepts that are distinctly ownable — no templates, no stock-photo thinking
  • Review and quality-check all design output produced within the team before client delivery
  • Collaborate with content, strategy and account teams to ensure creative and messaging are always aligned
  • Deliver to tight timelines across multiple concurrent projects without dropping quality

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of design experience across brand, digital and print — agency, startup or MCO background preferred
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong web design skills — Webflow, WordPress or equivalent; basic HTML/CSS understanding is an advantage
  • A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, brand depth and multi-format versatility
  • Solid understanding of typography, grid systems, colour theory and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to work across B2B and premium brand contexts — not just consumer or social-first design

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Lottie)
  • Video editing for social and campaign content (Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro)
  • AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML) used intelligently — not as a shortcut
  • Experience designing for regulated or institutional sectors (biotech, IT services, manufacturing)
  • UI/UX principles and basic prototyping
